Cultural and sensorial correlates of Trebbiano wine consumption

چکیده

In this paper we highlight the sensorial and cultural correlates of consumption Trebbiano wine produced in Abruzzo region, Italy. The data have been collected through a questionnaire survey on sample 48 adults. was conveniently selected among participants at scientific meeting held Pescara September 2018. part complex experiment concerning preference white with respect to series other regional wines. analysed path analytic regression model which criterion variable, while variables, one hand, expertise drinking habits, other, were variables mediating respondents’ disposition towards type wine. analysis showed that two thirds respondents frequently or occasionally used consume topical frequency strictly influenced by relevance conferred when put competition wines during an outdoor dinner. consumers who particularly appreciated it experts (sommeliers, course attendants, producers) able recognise intrinsic characteristics thanks skills (for smell aroma evaluation) they developed long experience specific learning.
